Message to clients

Why therapy? Why now? The fact that you are searching an online resource means that you are curious about therapy and, perhaps, wondering what a therapist can do for you. That’s a great place to start. Therapy is about helping you process your feelings and experiences, as well as providing concrete tools. Finding the right therapist is all about the “Match.” So, why me? I am non-judgmental, compassionate, and supportive, while also honest and direct. I believe we all have tremendous potential but sometimes cannot see our path to a better way of being. I’m here to help people illuminate and find that way - their way - forward.

Instead of being “one size fits all,” my approach is tailored to your unique goals, the narrative of your life story, and who you are as a person. Whether you struggle with anxiety or depression or some other struggle, I offer you my knowledge, skills, and experience to help you find solutions in a way that is filled with empathy and compassion.

If you would like to learn more, let’s talk and see if we would be a great match. I welcome your questions. I’m here to listen, address your concerns, and assist you in making changes to help you go from where you are to where you would like to be, and to improve your life. It would be my honor to accompany you along the path to realizing your full potential.
