Message to clients

Opening up to someone about your life can be hard, and I respect that you are willing to give it a try. I will do my absolute best to ensure you are comfortable during your sessions. I encourage you to be open and honest with me, and I vow to be open and honest with you.

My goal for all of my clients is to reach a point where they can confidently make the statement "I no longer need you and I am doing well on my own." This mean for me, identifying what you struggle with, making an plan to address those struggles, adjusting to new situations as they arise, and building a self-care plan that will help you maintain the life you want.

I cannot promise that therapy will provide you with a solution to all your problems. I CAN promise you therapy will help you get prepared and put a plan in place for when life hits hard.
