Professional statement

I’m a trauma therapist specializing in working with individuals navigating Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Complex PTSD, and the long-term effects of chronic trauma. My clients are often deeply resilient people who have survived overwhelming experiences and are now looking for safety, stability, and support in their healing.

In our work together, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where every part of you is welcome. I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, EMDR, and trauma-informed care to help you build emotional regulation, internal communication, and a greater sense of connection with yourself.

I understand how hard it can be to trust someone with your story—especially if you’ve been hurt in relationships before. That’s why I move at your pace, prioritize collaboration, and tailor each session to your unique needs. Whether you’re early in your healing or further along, therapy can be a space for grounded, sustainable change.

If you’re ready to begin or continue your healing journey, I’m here to walk with you.

Message to clients

Starting therapy—especially when you’re living with Complex PTSD, DID, or the effects of long-term trauma—can feel overwhelming. You might worry about being “too much,” not knowing where to start, or whether you’ll really be understood. If that’s where you are right now, I want you to know: you’re not alone, and it’s okay to take this step at your own pace.

My approach to therapy is gentle, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your unique process. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Whether you're seeking stability, internal communication, or a space where all parts of you can be seen and supported, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity.

It’s an act of courage to begin healing. If you’re ready—or even just thinking about it—I welcome you.
