Dr. Beth Kurland is a clinical psychologist with over three decades of experience specializing in anxiety, stress management, and mind-body wellness. She works with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults, helping them navigate adjustment issues, emotional challenges, stress, anxiety, health challenges and stress-related illness, interpersonal difficulties, loss, life transitions and more.
