Message to clients

I love helping and serving others, which is probably related to watching my half-brother aid our community throughout my childhood. He has worked as a paramedic, fire safety inspector, and helped clean up the aftermath of 9/11. Since childhood, but especially going into my undergraduate career, I knew I wanted to end up in a helping profession. Being a therapist has become one of the most fulfilling things in my life.

I am personable and passionate about my work. Working with me you will be given many resources to alleviate mental distress. Some may be through reading works that help with enlightenment, others will be mental skills, such as mindfulness techniques, and others will be tangible ways to interrupt intuitive thoughts.
