I graduated from University South Carolina Spartanburg in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in psychology, and Medical College of Virginia in 2001 with a master's degree in Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina and Virginia.
I help children, adolescents, adults, and families who are struggling with stress related to school, friends, jobs, raising families and working through trauma. I use a mind body approach by incorporating tools and techniques specific to each client's individual need and develop a plan to work through the stress. I enjoy helping and empowering people to find ways to discover their true potential and teach ways to Thrive not just SURVIVE. I would love to help you have a better understanding about what stress does to the body, and how to change your current response to this stress. Let's work together!
