Brooke specializes in helping people move towards a place of peace through mindfulness, compassion, and trauma-informed care. She has 10 years of experience with humans who found themselves in a place of unease through trauma, addiction, depression, or relationship turmoil. She believes everyone has their own answers inside and she is merely here to help guide you back to those answers. Brooke employs various therapeutic interventions including mindfulness, mind-body connection, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and EMDR to offer such guidance.
Sessions with Brooke take place over Zoom at the frequency deemed most appropriate at the consultation call. She currently has a few openings for weekly sessions and more for bimonthly sessions.

Mind-body connection - Practicing mindfulness to draw together how the body feels physically and how the mind feels mentally; healing both physically and mentally
