Candace is a deeply compassionate and intuitive counselor dedicated to fostering a nurturing and safe space for her clients to explore and understand their emotions. Drawing from a cognitive behavioral framework (CBT), Candace integrates person-centered and mindfulness techniques, tailoring her approach to ensure that each client progresses towards becoming their most authentic self. Her attentive nature and commitment to active listening guarantee that every client feels genuinely seen, heard, and valued.
Candace earned her Bachelor's in Psychology and her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College. Throughout her career, she has garnered rich experience with a diverse clientele, addressing challenges ranging from anxiety disorders, depression, and self-esteem concerns to PTSD and various life transitions.
