Manhattan Mental Health Counseling is a full-service psychotherapy practice welcoming individuals, couples, and families to their three locations in New York City (as well as online sessions). They specialize in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-esteem, grief, trauma, PTSD, social anxiety, phobias, and LGBTQIA+ topics, among other issues.
Manhattan Mental Health Counseling is a full-service psychotherapy practice with three offices in Manhattan. We offer individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
Our practice is composed of a team of licensed mental health counselors with multidisciplinary expertise including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-esteem, grief, trauma, PTSD, social anxiety, phobias, LGBTQ among other issues. Our therapists have a holistic approach to therapy and draw from a variety of approaches, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness based therapy, EMDR, gestalt therapy, and psychodynamic.
The therapists at Manhattan Mental Health Counseling have unique expertise and are committed to working collaboratively with their clients to reach their goals and get the most out of therapy.
At Manhattan Mental Health Counseling, we are in-network with the insurances listed below. If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fees are $150 for the first session and $130 for every session thereafter. We are happy to submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company.
