Her experience includes working with children, adults, couples, and families. Sandy has experience working with individuals with Traumatic Brain Injuries and older adults experiencing cognitive changes.

Sandy received her master’s degree in School Counseling and Community Mental Health from St. Bonaventure University. Sandy has an Advanced Certificate in Mindfulness for Engagement and Wellness from the University of Buffalo. Sandy is skilled in Positive Behavior Supports and Intervention, Mindfulness Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma Informed Care, and Solution Focused Therapy. She specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.
