Cherise Arzaga is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth psychotherapy in the general Bay Area. Many of her clients have found telehealth to be extremely beneficial while managing demanding schedules and family lives. She has worked across lifespans but truly enjoys working with adults who are experiencing life transitions, work stress and perfectionism, and challenging relationship issues.

Cherise currently works full-time at UCSF Health in the Collaborative Care Model. She has served in innovative positions creating and implementing behavioral health programs to identify and reach gaps in patient care. This direct practice is her passion project to increase access to high quality, evidenced-based treatment that is free from judgement and respectful of diversity and inclusion.
