Dr. Christeine Terry is a Licensed Psychologist who welcomes adults across the lifespan to her practice in Seattle, WA. Dr. Terry often sees young professionals who are grappling with anxiety, and may be relying on marijuana or alcohol use to cope. She also works with family members of an individual with addiction. Additionally, Dr. Terry has extensive experience working with health challenges, and welcomes clients with chronic pain or illness.
No matter what brings the client to her door, Dr. Terry leads each session with a blend of compassion and evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Dr. Terry tailors each treatment plan to the needs and strengths of each client, and she is able to provide both brief- and long-term therapy plans. She looks forward to meeting you at her practice, located a quick walk from both Downtown Seattle and Pike Place Market.
