Courtney is an integrative psychotherapist who earned her master’s degree in social work from Columbia University. She works with individuals, families, and couples; helping individuals develop strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Courtney has a particular clinical interest in life transitions, feelings of overwhelm and anxiety, and all kinds of relationships (platonic, familial, romantic, professional, etc.) In her practice, Courtney strives to create a welcoming space where those she works with can explore their thoughts and feelings from a place of compassionate curiosity.
