Additionally, Crystal uses Cognitive Behavioral therapy to help her clients change negative self-talk that fuels negative emotions and worsens low self-esteem and low self-confidence.
Crystal creates a safe space for her clients to be themselves and have the security of knowing they will be listened to, heard, and respected as a person. She uses empathy compassion, to encourage clients to take charge of their own life.

Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
Mood disorders - Clinical depression, persistent depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders that cause disturbances in the client's mood, causing mood swings, restless sleep, and/or elevated mood
Burnout - Managing and recovering from stressors that lead to feelings of decreased motivation and disconnection from the self; practicing effective self-care and finding ways to relax both physically and mentally
Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) - Recovering from the impact of long-term, repeated traumatic events, such as emotional abuse and neglect
Guilt - Developing an understanding of the role that guilt plays in one’s daily life and exploring its origins; learning the coping skills needed to move past this guilt and feel confident in difficult situations
