Professional statement

Crystal opens the therapeutic space for those that are either starting therapy for the first time or for those who have given themselves and therapy another chance. This space is for those with problems that may range from feeling held back in life, identity and sexuality issues, as well as working with any sexual/kink shame, low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. In this space we will tackle down and address all issues/thoughts that you have been rejecting or refusing to accept by using escapisms. This space is for those who just want to be heard and validated, so please allow Crystal to be your listener and together you both can find the path to a healed/healing you.

Crystal utilizes a person-center approach while incorporating Mindfulness and CBT. She empower her clients to take control of their situation within the session by allowing them space and control to tailor any treatment modalities used to their liking and comfort.

Crystal finds that the difference in people when it comes to battling their pain and/or mental health is those who have been consumed by their pain to the point of rejecting themselves from seeing it's affects, to those who have accepted that their pain has been consuming them and are now ready to battle for the sake of a healed self.

Crystal is a Licensed Master Social Worker who is currently under supervision to obtain her Clinical licensure. Crystal has provided mental health therapy for 3 years and currently provides remote therapy and offers a free 15 minute video or phone call consultation.

Message to clients

As a social worker and your counselor, I want to be yours and/or your family’s listener, supporter, and guidance into working together in finding where we need to go in order to discover your peace of mind in where and who you see yourself as a healed/healing individual. I hope to build a genuine, personal, trusting, and professional relationship that will build to the comfort of my clients revealing their strengths and recognizing and accepting their flaws and weaknesses. I am open to helping all challenges ranging from anxiety, depression, identify struggles, to questions or concerns of one’s sex life/sexuality, etc.
