Professional statement

I received my Master of Social Work degree from New York University. I dedicated my graduate studies to working in community-based mental health and substance use programs.

My clinical experience includes anxiety management, relationship struggles, LGBTQ+ affirming care, chronic illness, addiction, and lived traumatic experiences. I take an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy, utilizing strengths-based perspectives to work on your goals. I strive to create a safe space to explore whatever challenges have brought you to therapy.

I reference various evidence-based tools, from motivational interviewing to mindfulness, to help you better understand and process your physical and behavioral symptoms.
