Couples Counseling is $130 per session, no insurance coverage

Crisis Management $50 per event, self pay, no insurance coverage for CM.

NOTE: Eligibility and benefits will be verified. Deductibles that are not met will be self pay at the time of session. All out of pocket will be provided to insurance carrier as a courtesy. Once deductibles are met client will be responsible for co-pay/co-insurance.
