Over my 17-year career as a Psychotherapist, I have had the privilege of accumulating a wealth of experiences and insights that have shaped both my professional and personal life. In addition to my extensive clinical experience, I have also had the opportunity to share my knowledge as an Adjunct Professor in a graduate program and work in diverse settings such as In-Home Therapy, Hospitals, Private Practice, Schools, and Addiction Therapy.

My professional growth, however, is not solely attributed to my clinical work and academic contributions. A significant part of my learning and growth as a therapist has come from the profound relationships I've built with my clients. The therapeutic journey we embark upon together is a continuous source of enlightenment and growth.

In parallel, my personal journey has been marked by a diverse range of experiences. From military service, including two combat deployments, to over two decades of volunteer firefighting, coaching CrossFit, instructing scuba diving, and more than 25 years of martial arts training, I have encountered a myriad of life's challenges and rewards. This journey has culminated in the balanced and fulfilled life I lead today, both within my home and the wider community.

What I bring to my clients is the synthesis of my professional expertise and my life's rich tapestry. I approach therapy with an eclectic mindset, aiming to provide you and your loved ones with the keys to personal growth and well-being.
