About

What services does your practice offer?

Our main goal at Online Virtual Counselors is to provide quality online therapy in English or Spanish (also known as virtual counseling, teletherapy, or cyber-counseling). We warmly welcome individuals, couples, and families who are navigating personal difficulties or times of significant change.

We invite you to share a therapeutic experience with to explore and uncover your true essence, manage your emotional pain, and work to shift your internal view of yourself to a positive awareness of who you genuinely are. We work well with issues such as: anxiety; depression; trauma; self esteem; single parents; familial and other relationships.

We think getting some solid, experienced input can be very helpful. A new perspective, a new idea, a supportive trusting ear is always a good opportunity, especially when life becomes more challenging. We would be happy to join you on your discovery towards a more joyful, peaceful, and successful life.

What are your practice's specialties?

We help clients navigate issues such as addictions, Infidelity, Anger issues, PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma, self esteem, single parents, familial and other relationships. We use CBT, DBT, EMDR and many other techniques.

All couples experience difficulties during a committed or long-term relationship. We help couples work to resolve conflicts, addiction issues, develop trust, and reconnect. We do this by applying relationship tools, problem-solving, conflict management and role modeling communication skills so that every partner feels like they are heard, important, and a priority in the relationship.

Because obstacles are rarely overcome by talk alone, the mind-body connection is paramount in our work. We have a collaborative, integrative approach and believe in the primacy of the nervous system in the healing process. By providing access to our body’s natural healing system, these body-oriented approaches are particularly effective for healing trauma and stress disorders as well as symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Why should I choose your practice?

At Online Virtual Counselors, we are very interactive therapists with a very wide range of specializations, backgrounds, nationalities and ethnicities. We give a lot of feedback and guidance to clients. Clients seem to appreciate this, and it allows them to get a sense of our active and caring style. We also believe that clients need to have goals to work on in-between sessions so that they can get the full benefits of therapy.

How does payment work at your practice?

We are in Many Major insurances; and for those who are not we help you meet your deductible as fast as we can. We are happy to submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company, or we can provide you with a bill for you to submit.
