My extensive experience is working with adults, young adults and teens in the areas of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, challenging family dynamics, and navigating stress and transitions. Together we will use a variety of modalities including psychodynamic work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and narrative therapy tools. My counseling style is dynamic, affirming, curious, and empathic.

I am a graduate of the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College with an MSW and also received post-graduate training at the Family Institute, specializing in mental health with individuals and families.
