Something to know about my approach is: My approach to therapy is integrative and combines ideas and interventions from various therapeutic models. This allows for a tailored approach that can effectively match the needs and features of each client.

Together we will explore deeper emotions and gain self-awareness into our thoughts, feelings and behaviors in an effort to feel more connected and in-control.
