I'm a Harvard and Stanford-trained psychologist who helps people with anxiety and trauma stop pushing through stress and burnout.
Are you so good at pushing through problems that no one notices how much you're struggling?
If anxiety or trauma didn't change, life would be just plain overwhelming...feeling lost and trapped... and suffocated. It’s miserable feeling like anxiety and trauma are taking over, interfering with relationships, work, and feeling just burned out.
Enough is enough!
If you’re here, you can likely relate. We'll work together to create a life you don't dread.
Because I’m a specialist in anxiety and trauma as a licensed psychologist, I’ve gotten really good at getting to the root. Instead of managing symptoms, we’ll be digging deep and healing from within.
I don’t see therapy as a bandaid, but rather, good therapy is like surgery. Anxiety and trauma are the wound. Together, we'll do the work to help you heal!
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
Perfectionism - Coping with feelings of anxiety, stress, self-criticism, and procrastination; addressing unrealistic expectations of one’s self and negatively comparing self to others
Psychological evaluations & testing - A broad range of tests and assessments that may be used to identify present strengths, provide diagnosis clarity, and inform treatment goals
Burnout - Managing and recovering from stressors that lead to feelings of decreased motivation and disconnection from the self; practicing effective self-care and finding ways to relax both physically and mentally
