I believe, expressive psychotherapy engages the wholesome Mind-Body-Soul agency. Creativity and expression are essential requirements for children’s development and adolescents’ growth, so expressive psychotherapy approach is perfectly suitable for children as well.

I uniquely customize talk therapy, breathing techniques, guided imagery, gentle movement/dance, play therapy, creative writing, collage making, and reflection, all to your specific needs in order to resolve the root causes of behavioral patterns and emotional conflicts. The interactive and multi-module interventions help the gaining of insights to specific struggles. Through creative process in non-judgmental environment, you will be supported to identify and express hidden emotions, and to foster mindful physical, mental, and emotional heath.

Movement and other creative expression involve the totality of body, mind and soul in order to re-build well-being.

I am here to assist you by providing a safe, supportive and mindful space for your journey of healing. Together, we will re-define your feelings, collaboratively nurture your self-awareness and esteem, establish some goals, and encourage new dreams. In this process of a meaningful, client-centered interaction, I believe you can establish a new relationship to self, awareness to others, and build skills to better manifest your ever-changing life. I wish to inspire those changes you might need in order to lead a thriving life.

The various activities during therapy sessions will address issues from a creative/expressive angle together with intellectual/thinking/talking perspective. This integrative approach using mindfulness, movement, imagery, art making, visualization and verbalization can develop from simple to more complex - "being in the experience" and embodied present moments. These processes are guided and structured by me, or completely self-directed as therapy progresses, and you are ready to do so. You ARE when you move, create and express.

My approach is based on my strong belief in each client’s potential and ability to move from, through and beyond personal traumas and emotional pain in a clear direction of present, and more meaningful life.

Joy, as a basic emotion, can be harvested daily, if you don’t give up on your becoming!
