Message to clients

We all have a better life in mind for ourselves. But when we face big problems and significant pain and stress, it’s hard to imagine a fulfilling life beyond that. That can lead to hopelessness. But the fact is, no one needs to do this alone. I believe that every person deserves to live an incredible story and I'm here to help. I know how scary it can be to tackle the big problems in life. For that reason, I offer a warm and safe space to treat depression, anxiety, panic, and phobias using my specialization in health psychology and chronic pain conditions.

Because our minds and bodies are interconnected, I offer a holistic approach to help you harness the power of your mind to explore and change unhelpful thought patterns. As you acquire more understanding, better coping skills, and effective communication methods, you can leave behind feeling depressed, anxious and afraid.

Another future is possible for you. You can get back to living the life you want for yourself.

Client testimonials

"Every session I’m impressed and grateful for how genuinely empathetic Dr. Shouse is. This is my first experience with therapy and, while it’s hard work, I find that I leave sessions feeling like I understand myself better and feel more hopeful for feeling better soon."
