Message to clients

The search for a therapist often begins when you hear yourself say things like: "My life is a mess.", "I want the pain to go way”, "No one understands me", etc. Whatever bought you to this point to seek help doesn't matter. What matters is that you want to feel better, and live your best life. As a therapist, I am here to listen and support you as you find the answers. I am not there to give them to you, or to judge you. My success in treating patients is founded in the idea that all therapeutic relationships are a partnership of patient and clinician working together to restore the body and mind to health.

Identifying a rapport early on is important in proceeding with, and succeeding in treatment. A good therapeutic relationship is key. I know my areas of expertise and want to be sure I can provide the best care to you. Therapy is a very personal experience, and it is important to me that both you and I feel we are a good match. To make everyone more comfortable, I require a fifteen-minute consultation before booking an appointment.
