I specialize in working with professionals around managing anxiety, providing in-depth career counseling and assessment, navigating life transitions and various issues related to identity. With warmth and humor, I value collaborating with clients and strategizing ways to resolve concerns related to transitions with more confidence and ease, with the goal of helping clients live a more valued life with decreased stress and anxiety. I have extensive experience and interest in working with clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives.
