Message to clients

I try to make my therapeutic environment as comfortable as possible. In my eyes, it should be like having a close friend who you actually enjoy talking with. I think it makes it so much easier to talk about difficult topics when you feel like you know and trust the person you're talking to. I will create a personal relationship with you by meeting you on your level.

I want our time together to feel easy and approachable. If other therapists have felt too formal and stuffy and made you not want to go, I want to change your perception. Therapy with me will feel more like talking to a friend than a formal meeting.

As a teenager, I went to therapy and quickly recognized how crucial it was to my healing and progress in life. I want to pass on that same experience to you and help you make progress toward healing and becoming an empowered version of yourself.
