Professional statement

Many people struggle with feelings of disconnection. Erinne has many years of experience working with people who use a variety of maladaptive behaviors to cope with this disconnection. Her work utilizes body based exercises, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and other techniques to help you identify the source of the disconnection and build the skills to help cultivate connection both inside self and in relationship.

Message to clients

I want to work with you to help you find the sense of peace you deserve. After many years of dealing with my own trauma and turning to substances and other maladaptive behaviors to cope, I can empathize with what it takes to make yourself whole. I provide you with a safe space to process the difficult experiences and help you reach whatever goals you have for yourself in a way that is healthy and promotes a balanced life.
