Thank you for contacting me for your wellness needs, I am looking forward to serving you. Clients working with me typically see me on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. It typically takes 6-8 sessions of consistent participation and high engagement by the participant to begin to see change, symptom improvement, for primary presenting problem.


Couples counseling - Addressing relationship challenges and life transitions; strengthening communication and feelings of security, desire, connection, and love

Burnout - Managing and recovering from stressors that lead to feelings of decreased motivation and disconnection from the self; practicing effective self-care and finding ways to relax both physically and mentally

Divorce & separation - Questioning or feeling unsatisfied in your relationship; contemplation and navigation of separation; addressing issues of power, voice, and communication challenges

Imposter syndrome - Learning how to identify instances of imposter syndrome and combatting any beliefs that one is not enough or does not deserve good things; practicing assertiveness and developing confidence

Worry - Learning how worry shows up in one’s life and exploring how worry impacts daily life, relationships, and wellbeing; developing coping skills to mitigate the impacts of worry

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
