Licensed Social Worker, LSW Practice: Resilience Lab Specialties • Insurance & Fees • LocationsEve uses a mix of interventions proven to challenge negative thought patterns, improve mental wellbeing, and make it easier for people to manage stress—including cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and supportive therapy. She goes deeper as time goes on to help clients identify recurring patterns, make connections, and see their lives from a different perspective.
Eve uses a client-centered, strengths-based, and person-in-environment approach. Together with the client, she looks at what they're doing well and comes up with solutions to make more of those things happen.
Treatment is specifically tailored to each client's needs and goals. Starting therapy can be overwhelming, so she goes at the client's pace. Whether they're hoping to learn new coping skills, make sense of their life experiences, or work through difficult emotions, Eve is here to support them.
