She is a trained and Certified in EMDR (Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist. This therapy can be used with almost all clients. She enjoys being an EMDR coach at basic trainings through a highly sought after international EMDR training company. She is an EMDR Consultant helping newly trained therapists hone their competency of this powerful tool.

Francine has inspired to use her trained skills as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, (Hypnotherapy has been around since 300AD). The purpose is to help a person understand and manage their psychological, physical and emotional behavior. The goal is to bring about positive changes in a person mental state and behavior. She trained with medical professionals.

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Health) is the Gold Standard taught in Masters level college classes, and this approach will be incorporated as well.

There is no reason that just about anyone can be treated with these approaches and she will gladly answer your questions before you start with her.

Message to clients

Welcome.

This time will be a secure space to openly and candidly "digest" your experiences.

Your experience is your own, and I will work with you without judgment, shame, or minimizing your thoughts and feelings.

I am here to create an alliance with you on your healing journey. You may have struggled for quite some time, or have had something disturbing recently occur, either way, you have taken a bold step in your life. You are unique with what you have experienced though your issues may be universal to many humans suffering rejection, feeling invisible, and stuck.

We will begin to create a plan for change in your first session. Please keep in mind that the work you put in will subsequentially have results, though I remind all clients it's not a flash of lightning. I encourage you to be curious about this process, and how your brain adapts.

I engross my life in learning with advanced studies, which means this is not a "job" for me this is my life drive. I am always willing to learn more.

What's nice about our video session is that you can attend it at a secure location that works for you.

Please feel free to contact me and we can have a brief phone conversation, if you choose, before your first session to answer any of your questions.

I am privileged to be a part of this new adaptive state in your life.
