Message to clients

For the strong souls whose days seem to begin and end in service to others, for those whose own bags collect dust while they carry everyone else’s, for those who cry silently at night so as not to bother anyone: Maybe it's not that you ever needed help but you should know you always deserve it.

Maybe the reason you don't ask for help is because you’ve seen a lot of suffering, and there’s always a way that you can imagine someone else deserves it more. Maybe you taught yourself that is polite to wait until everyone else is finished, maybe that timing, or circumstance, or someone else’s hardship meant they deserved love and attention more than you do, or maybe you thought just because you are the strong one, you should be the one who waits. This is to the people whose norm has been telling themselves that you may find comfort later, someone else needs it now:

The world is abundant and you do not have to give up your share for someone else to have it- you deserve it, it's yours, there will always be enough, and you will always be enough without the dear service you provide.

You are worthy today and yesterday, not just “tomorrow,” or “next week” or “sometime in the future.” Together we can teach your heart to believe in this, so that space will be created for you, and you will not feel the need to convince anyone of this truth again.
