Heather Anne Schulte is a Licensed Psychologist located in Greeley, CO. Heather enjoys welcoming individuals and couples into her practice, where she supports them through life’s challenges and personal growth. Heather tends to work with individuals who find themselves feeling stuck in their lives, whether that’s in their relationships, at work, or going through school. They feel like something isn’t quite right and struggle to feel fulfilled with their everyday lives, often resorting to self-blame, shame, or anxiety.
Sessions with Heather center around talking through what isn’t working in the client’s life and how they can work through their challenges. Heather teaches clients how they can quiet their noisy minds and focus on what’s important to them so they can achieve their goals. She practices therapy approaches such as Internal Family Systems, attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness techniques. For those who have trauma histories, she offers Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which can reduce symptoms of anxiety related to painful memories.
Heather earned a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology. She has over 30 years of experience in the mental health profession and has worked with countless clients to help them unlock greater emotional health.
