Message to clients

Beginning therapy can be scary, especially if this is your first time and you are unsure of what to expect. Therapy is a safe space to navigate any current concerns through open communication. My goal is for every client to feel safe, accepted and to know that I will never pass judgement. My goal as your therapist is to identify how those responses serve or obstruct you and to help find new perspectives. My philosophy as a therapist is to meet you where you are at, at all times, with unconditional positive regard.

There are so many dynamics that make up your beliefs, values and perceptions. In turn, you bring your own unique strengths and challenges. I believe you are the expert in your life and I will work alongside you to achieve whatever goals you decide as a priority. I think therapy is an individualized process. Therefore, I want to ensure you feel our work together is tailored to you and it is a space where you can bring your authentic self. I look forward to building a relationship where trust and respect are the foundations throughout this journey we are beginning. Thank you for allowing me to join you in your journey to becoming the best version of yourself, I look forward to connecting with you!
