Meet Jason Abrahamzon, a Licensed Counselor based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who specializes in anxiety treatment. If you're feeling anxious, Jason is here to journey with you towards a deeper understanding of your anxiety.

Individual Counseling (Telehealth and In-person sessions) Personalized sessions to help you manage anxiety and build resilience, courage, and creativity to develop coping strategies.

Anxiety Group Therapy (Telehealth) – 4 pm, Thursdays, Bi-Weekly Join a supportive group of 6-8 members working together to manage anxiety. 1.5-hour sessions via Zoom.

With expertise in anxiety and anxiety related disorders, Jason is particularly passionate about exploring anxiety through an evidenced based and existential lens. Together, you'll create a safe and non-judgmental space focused on growth, anxiety understanding, treatment, and meaning creation.

Drawing on his background in community mental health, personal therapy, and continuing education, Jason takes a holistic approach to counseling, recognizing the mind-body-spirit connection as essential to the treatment of anxiety. Grounded in humanistic, evidence based, and existential practices, Jason believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship and evidence based treatment of anxiety to help you overcome past and current issues and live a more engaged and fulfilling life despite anxiety. Jason is here to help you uncover your truest, most authentic self.
