Meet Jason Abrahamzon, a Licensed Counselor based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who specializes in anxiety treatment. If you're feeling anxious, Jason is here to journey with you towards a deeper understanding of your anxiety.
Individual Counseling (Telehealth and In-person sessions) Personalized sessions to help you manage anxiety and build resilience, courage, and creativity to develop coping strategies.
Anxiety Group Therapy (Telehealth) – 4 pm, Thursdays, Bi-Weekly Join a supportive group of 6-8 members working together to manage anxiety. 1.5-hour sessions via Zoom.

Life purpose & meaning - Exploring one’s beliefs and values around life purpose, meaning, and spirituality; addressing the barriers to living a life that feels fulfilling, including instigating change or developing new habits
Veterans' issues - Coping with reactions of exposure to life-threatening or traumatic events; supporting veterans and their families adjusting to civilian life and anxiety.
