Professional statement

Jeanette Holland is a therapist that invites you to know yourself, be yourself, and to make changes in your life that are right for you. In times of stress or crisis, it can be easy to focus on the outward aspects of life and end up neglecting the needs and potentials of the inner self. Whether you are facing a health condition, career challenge, relationship issue, anxiety, depression, or recent loss, it can be helpful to consult with someone outside your familiar circle. I am a Mother, have personal experience with Domestic Violence, Substance Abuse, trauma and grief, I have my story and I want to hear your story so we can work on healing. I am available via Telehealth and in-person so you have multiple options.

Message to clients

I provide a safe, confidential space with a focus on your particular situation and story. You will be able to explore what is and isn't working, what you see and don’t see, what your life is trying to teach you at this moment, and what you need in order to be able to take the next step with confidence.

I have been a helping professional for 15 years. My approach is practical, individualized, and includes a variety of integrative approaches. I have a keen interest in how people heal and an appreciation of differences. Reach out to me to start therapy.
