Professional statement

Providing telehealth only at this time.

I believe every part of your story deserves curiosity, compassion, and care—even the parts that feel heavy, hidden, or like the “elephant in the room.”

As a therapist, I create a space where you can show up fully, explore life’s complexities, and connect with your authentic self. My approach is rooted in deep respect for your unique journey, with specialties in sex-positive therapy, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and neurodivergent-friendly support.

Through modalities like IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR, and Narrative Therapy, I guide clients in understanding and integrating the different parts of themselves, helping them move toward healing and wholeness. Whether it’s exploring sexuality, navigating identity, or finding peace with life’s challenges, we’ll work together to create meaningful change.

I view therapy as a partnership built on curiosity and compassion. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you feel seen and understood, and support you in discovering new ways to connect with yourself and the world. No topic is off-limits, and no part of you is too much—every piece of your story is welcome here.

I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to address what you're looking for in therapy, how I can support you and answer your questions about the therapy process.

Message to clients

I believe curiosity and creativity are powerful tools for healing. When we feel stuck, unheard, or out of balance, it can be hard to see solutions or new perspectives. I work alongside you to explore what I like to call “your wiring”—the unique way you experience and navigate the world. My approach to therapy is all about attentiveness, honesty, humor, and, above all, creating a safe space for you to be yourself.

I’ve been the client/patient too. I understand the courage it takes to take that first step—because let’s face it, change can feel intimidating. But here’s the thing: if nothing changes, nothing changes. We all face challenges, dilemmas, and struggles at some point. Therapy is your space to be seen, heard, and supported. It’s a place that’s all about YOU.

If you’re new to therapy, I encourage you to give it a shot—you might surprise yourself in the best possible way. And if you're returning to therapy, give yourself permission to try again. I'm wishing you all the best on your personal growth and healing journey.
