Dr. Jennifer Taub is a psychologist in Jamaica Plain, MA with over 20 years of experience Dr. Taub specializes in evidence-based treatments for anxiety, depression, couples therapy, communication issues, relationships, ADHD, LGBTQ+ identity issues, and trauma. Dr. Taub is certified in Imago Relationship Therapy, a structured approach for couples that focuses on communication skills, active listening and empathy. Dr. Taub sees children, teenagers, young adults, college students, adults, couples, families, and parents in her private practice, and is particularly excited about working with children, twenty-somethings, and recent grads. In her practice, she utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, mindfulness practices, Psychodynamic therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), and Relational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). She is also EMDR certified.
