Message to clients

I believe the connection between therapist and client is a major component of client success. I value our therapeutic relationship and our work together. A commitment I make to my clients is to show up authentically and appreciate the vulnerability and trust this process requires.

We work as a collaboration; to create goals, to gain a deeper understanding of self, to tackle issues getting in the way of you living your best life. I offer insights, challenges, and strategies while you are truly the expert on yourself.

I offer 15 minute consultation calls to assess if we are a good clinical fit and answer any questions. I look forward to hearing from you!
