Jonathan uses a collaborative and direct, yet gentle approach while using CBT, DBT and psychotherapy. He is EFT informed through graduate studies and offers specific insights through Gestalt therapy as well.

With 12+ years of post-graduate therapeutic experience, he has worked at an industry leading hospital in California; multiple states within the US, has worked with corrections populations, served in Non-Profit Organizations, now works privately for you! Jonathan brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and therapeutic wisdom that is hard to match.

Message to clients

Thank you for taking a moment to consider therapy as an investment in your relationship! Yes, It can be time consuming to find the right fit with a therapist who has compatible scheduling. My goal is to make it as easy as possible to get started.

Are you having challenges with feeling TRULY heard and understood by your partner? Are you wanting to connect with them emotionally and physically on another level? Is that connection you once had with them missing, with the day devolving into a list of never ending tasks? Do you experience conflictual dynamics that cycle time and again, leaving you with the ever-daunting thought, "Get me off this Merry-go-Round!"

What I have to say to you is this, There IS hope, AND I can help you! I've dedicated my life to helping people work through issues just like this and I've got both the credentialing and therapeutic experience to back it up.

Email me through Zencare, I check my messages daily, Monday through Friday, and usually respond my next available hour.

When you message, please include briefly what you would like to work on in therapy, you're phone number and a couple of good times I can reach you. Ideally, I'd like to speak with both of you (if seeking couples therapy) over a free 15 minute phone call to ensure a good fit.

I look forward to hearing from you, And I'm hopeful for what your relationship can become!

~Jonathan
