I practice therapy based on who you are and what you are looking for. While I have expertise in a wide variety of methods, including coping skill development, psychoanalysis and executive coaching, you are the expert on yourself. Therefore, therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we will set goals to increase your fulfillment and quality of life.
