Message to clients

A little bit about how I work: I've found that identifying thinking issues (also sometimes referred to as "cognitive distortions" or "thinking mistakes") is a really important part of figuring out why you don't feel good emotionally. I believe we can change our mood by changing our self-talk. I also think it's crucial to examine your early childhood experiences to understand your coping and relationship habits that aren't working.

I always strive to help people reduce feelings of distress, replace unhelpful habits with more adaptive ones, and improve connection with their loved ones. I'm confident that I can help you reach your goals.
