I know reaching out for help can feel like a daunting first step in any recovery journey. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, depression, low self esteem and life transitions. I am here to help walk you through treatment options that will best fit your needs and lifestyle. I consider myself a warm, empathic and non judgmental therapist and my goal is to help you feel safe and understood within the therapy room. I use a variety of therapy techniques in my practice including CBT for the treatment of eating disorders, DBT and CBT as well as pulling from modalities such as narrative therapy, relational therapy, mindfulness, family systems, ACT and strengths based motivational interviewing.
