Message to clients

- I know that beginning therapy can be very scary, I try to structure my sessions to help ease that anxiety by build our relationship at a pace comfortable to you. I bring compassion to the therapy session, and one of my goals is to ensure that you can find compassion for yourself, through developing more self-compassion our work together will make monumental gains. I am a big believer in communication and feedback, and I appreciate it when my clients can share feedback with me. I also know that not everyone who enters therapy has specific goals; hopefully, as we work together, we can develop goals that match your value system. I see this as a relationship in which we each have our roles and responsibilities to one another. I believe your role is to show up, hopefully with an open mind and heart about who you are and want to become; my role is to create a safe environment where we can explore and challenge beliefs and behaviors that no longer produce the desired results. Ultimately, I want to walk along side of you assisting in your evolution.
