Message to clients

Do you feel like no one understands you? Feel alone and don't know where to turn? Therapy might be the first big step you take to having someone provide you that space to talk freely and not feel judged. I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. Therapy can be hard work, but I create a stress-free environment that makes therapy something you want to attend. In my experience, I have seen how talking can help. I listen to what you have to say and not just hear it. You no longer have to carry your burdens alone. Contact me to see how I can provide a safe place to talk. I work with adults, couples, and adolescents.

My specialty is in how movement can help heal the body. I have worked with athletes as they recover from injury and cannot do the activity they love. I am a trained experienced trauma and grief therapist. I gear sessions to what the client brings and match their needs or what they bring to the session.

Choosing a therapist can be a daunting task. Whether its your first time or you have been in therapy before. Please reach out to schedule a consultation and we can discuss any questions you have. I will be happy to fit you into my schedule. I am licensed in PA, CO, DC, MD, VA and AK. I only see people virtually but can adjust to your scheduling needs.
