Her focus has been on addressing trauma, low self-esteem, college-related issues, women's issues, chronic health concerns, depression, and life transitional difficulties. Kathy prioritizes mutual connection and respect in a therapeutic relationship. She believes that everyone deserves to have a safe space for personal growth. She also encourages each individual to remember that taking even one small step can create a significant impact. Kathy is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)who earned her Master's degree inClinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Sheutilizes a variety of techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, person-centered, and solutions-focused therapy (SFT). She can also provide faith-based Christian integration counseling if desired. Kathy values creatively collaborating with each individual, based on their unique goals and needs.
