Message to clients

Has your stress and anxiety become intolerable in a way that’s preventing you from enjoying the present and moving towards your desired future? Do you know what your goals are, but you can’t figure out how to reach them? Are you having trouble liking yourself and offering yourself care and compassion?  Many of us hit points where we confront injuries from our past or roadblocks in the present that feel too difficult to confront. These roadblocks interfere with being able to experience joy or move towards our definition of a life worth living. Sometimes our thoughts and emotions can become so unmanageable that we forget where we are trying to go, or they cause us to lose confidence in our ability to reach certain goals.

If you are struggling with managing anxiety and pain, calming your mind, regaining control of your emotions, finding joy in the present, building self-esteem and better relationships, or removing barriers towards the life that you want then you are not alone. In my practice I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy and holistic modalities such as breath and bodywork to help get clients to where they are trying to go. Growing up as a surfer, yogi and high achiever I understand the importance of have tools to calm the mind as well as the body. I believe that we can work together to help you learn the tools you need to remove barriers, learn to manage your emotions and create the life that you want.

I see adolescent and adult clients at my offices located in West Los Angeles and Studio City. I also work with clients remotely providing teletherapy sessions. I specialize in helping those who struggle with anxiety disorders, self-esteem issues and depression learn to better understand themselves and what they need to live in alignment with their values and the life they want. It is so important to learn how to calm the mind, live more fully in the present and have a space to feel supported and this is what I strive to provide for those I work with.
