Message to clients

I join collaboratively with individuals to find their place of struggle and create change from there. It can be difficult to decide which approach is right for you, together we can work to develop more fulfilling interactions in life.

I hope to provide families support when the day to day issues for you and your children become overwhelming. I utilize sensory strategies and body awareness to help regulate children so they can develop skills to strengthen their ability to cope. With better regulation patterns one can have improved problem solving which will help gain insight into the path toward change.

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, empathetic parenting support, solution-focused therapy, accelerated resolution therapy (ART), Floor-time approaches, visual organizing and cognitive behavioral therapy in my work. In treatment we will use the strategies that connect for you to focus on your objectives.
