Krystal has developed professional trainings to enhance the skills of each supervisee. Krystal reviews the supervisee's cases, offering constructive criticism, and ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines, ultimately aiming to enhance the supervisee's strengths and decrease their areas that need improvement.

Message to clients

I am one of the founders of WE Consulting & Psychotherapy. Improving your quality of life starts with looking at your overall wellness. I provide the space to focus on your mental and physical wellness. Life will start to change when you change the lens you use to view your problems. It can be difficult to navigate through the process of change alone. Together we will develop a partnership and use an array of therapeutic tools that fit your needs. I have extensive training working with individuals with anxiety, grief and loss as well as complex trauma. In treatment we will discover your barriers and develop a roadmap that will lead you to attaining your goals. Through our partnership we will start to problem solve and develop the skills to attain progress and move forward in your goals.

I provide supervision to licensed and pre licensed professionals. I am a Certified EMDR Consultant. This certification gives me the opportunity to consult with other EMDR therapists on difficult cases or the basic EMDR protocol.
