Message to clients

You're not sure how to find relief. Maybe you are the survivor of a traumatic event. Maybe you sense something is off, but you can't pinpoint what it is. You may keep finding yourself trapped in the same patterns. You may promise yourself you'll never do that thing again, and then you do it again. You may have difficulty remembering things, completing tasks, getting out of bed, going to work, or finding motivation. It may be hard to relate to others or find meaning in things you once enjoyed. Your body may ache. You may not be able to perform to the degree to which you desire. You may feel crazy and alone. You're not.

I am a bereaved sister, daughter, and girlfriend. I am a survivor of childhood trauma. My work is inspired by my own personal struggles and heartbreak.

I help people learn how to reduce unnecessary suffering. I provide a space for trauma to be seen and held. I support the broken hearted in living their grief fully and honestly. I help people learn how to integrate their losses. I help people learn how to function at their highest potential.

I work with individual adults and couples, and I view healing as a mind-body process. The process of experiencing life by experiencing the span of emotions can help to free us to be present in our lives in new ways. Our work together begins with a conversation. Let's talk.

Loss, grief, and bereavement - Emotionally preparing for the anticipated passing of a loved one; managing feelings and reactions to a death or loss of significance; support during the process of healing and acceptance

Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse

Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) - Healing painful experiences and memories from the past
